MOBILE, AL–Johnnie Lee Nicholson, a Prichard resident, was sentenced today by United States District Judge William Steele, United States Attorney Deborah J. Rhodes of the Southern District of Alabama announced.

Nicholson plead guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine and admitted his involvement with both cocaine and crack cocaine.

The case was investigated by the Prichard Police Department and the FBI. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Deborah Griffin.
