Guilty Pleas to Cocaine Conspiracy

MOBILE , AL—Kerry Van Stubblefield, Toni Lynette Gordon, Texas residents and Adrienne Renee Harshaw, a Michigan resident, pled guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, United States Attorney Deborah J. Rhodes of the Southern District of Alabama announced today.

Sentencing in this case is set before United States District Judge William H. Steele. Stubblefield, faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years imprisonment to life and a $4,000,000 fine. Gordon and Harshaw face a mandatory minimum sentence of five years to 40 years and a $2,000,000 fine. The case was investigated by the Mobile Police Department, the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Deborah Griffin. United States v. Stubblefield, Criminal Number 08-00325.
